• Quality Control: Products must meet the standards of quality and performance as advertised. ByNepal reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet these standards.

• Intellectual Property: You must have the legal right to sell the products you list. Selling counterfeit, replica, or illegally obtained goods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Timely Processing: All orders must be processed and prepared for shipping within the timeframe specified in your listing.

• Packaging: Products must be securely and professionally packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Shipping: Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely and reliable shipping. You must provide a tracking number for every order.

• Delivery: Delivery must be completed within the promised timeframe. Delays should be communicated to the customer immediately.

4. Customer Service

• Responsiveness: Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, sellers must cooperate with ByNepal's support team to find a fair and timely resolution.

• Returns and Refunds: You must honor ByNepal's return and refund policy. Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described must be accepted for return.

• Pornographic or offensive content

• Counterfeit goods

6. Seller Performance and Penalties

• Penalties: Failure to comply with this policy may result in penalties, including but not limited to, temporary suspension of your account, permanent removal from the platform, or the withholding of payments.
